My name is Matt Freddolino. I started woodworking about 5 years ago in an effort to combine my artistic side with my love for building things. What used to be trying something different has since grown into a passionate work filled with creativity and aesthetic satisfaction. I treat my work as an expression of gratitude for the gift of the creative mind I have. I have spent countless hours learning, practicing, and building technique, but at the end of the day, my talents are blessings. My goal is to steward my craftsmanship with excellence for the end user - you.
I began woodworking 5 years ago and have since, vastly grown as a craftsman. I have experience in construction, small shop woodworking, and production cabinet shops. Currently, I'm employed full time as a school shop teacher in Littleton, CO. In addition, I've worked as a manager for a large woodworking retailer, taught classes, and have been growing my craft through a variety of builds.
Genesis 1 mentions how mankind was made in God's image on the sixth day. At that point, God was creator. Being made in the image of the creator, I am a creator...of furniture at least. The symbol for create is a geometric triangular shape. When doubled and shifted laterally, you have the symbol of The Sixth Day Workshop - made in the image of the maker.
